Aria Touch: Holistic Life Management
Use your iPhone or iPod Touch as a standalone task management system or you can leverage Aria's support for Mentat and FogBugz 6.0 to coordinate tasks with larger groups. The great thing about Aria is that it provides a simple, to-do list oriented interface but provides a very powerful team task management application under the hood.
Aria Touch Features at a Glance
- Review, update, or assign tasks wherever you go. Sync with projects from FogBugz or Mentat or work in offline mode with access to your FogBugz and/or Mentat data.
- Browse tasks by project, GTD contexts, a day-at-a-glance agenda, or our built-in, project-wide search view.
- Projects, tasks and contexts can be created and maintained all from your iPhone.
- Team play for your tasks, letting you pass things back & forth and update status or comments from anywhere.
- Offline access to all of your data. This means you can add or update tasks when you’re on a flight or out of coverage. Aria will sync your services once you have it back online.
- Touch screen features like delete gestures and drag & drop editing for quick task management on the go.
The Anatomy of a Task
Each task in Aria Touch gives you lots of options for managing and dealing with it. Here are a few things you can do with your FogBugz or Mentat Tasks:
- Change the status of a bug or close it
- Change a task's due date
- Change an item's priority level
- If the task is assigned to you, you can add it to or remove it from your Agenda
- Change the task's assignee
- If the task is assigned to you, categorize it in a GTD context
- View the entire team comment history for the item in question
- Save and review your own private notes regarding the item

The Project Organizer
The project organizer lets you browse all of your projects side by side, regardless of what service they are associated with. This gives you a great combined list of all of your business and personal tasks in one, easy to navigate view.
