Fit lets you keep track of your diet and daily meals to watch your calorie intake. See where you are at for today's calorie budget, and how you did the day before. As soon as you start Fit, you can see at a glance from home, a restaurant, or even on a flight, where you are at for your calorie goals and how active you've been. Fit is great for anyone to target and follow their health goals without missing a beat, especially if you are always busy and on the go (as we can attest to ourselves).

Massive Food and Calorie Database

Fit knows about almost any kind of food you can imagine, from fast food to health food to polar bear meat. You have six daily meal slots to allow for some snacking or grazing throughout the day, and Fit will remember your common meals and portions to help with dieting or speed things along.

  • Choose portion sizes for automatic calorie count.
  • Search option to quickly find the food you're looking for.



Expansive Exercise Database

Fit knows the burn for almost any exercise you can think of. As you work out, or even when you walk to work, enter it in Fit's exercise journal to automatically update your daily calorie budget. Fit also remembers your common exercises to speed your entry, so you can get right to entering times for common daily activities.
